3PL fulfillment (third-party logistics) refers to outsourcing your storage, picking, packing, and shipping operations to a professional logistics partner like GrowthSpoke. This allows ecommerce and CPG brands to reduce overhead, speed up delivery times, and scale efficiently.

How does GrowthSpoke’s fulfillment process work?

We receive your products, store them securely in our facility, and integrate with your ecommerce or EDI platform. When customers place orders, we pick, pack, and ship them the same day (based on SLA). You track everything in real time through our dashboard.

What ecommerce platforms does GrowthSpoke integrate with?

We seamlessly integrate with Shopify, Tik Tok, PayPal, Soldsie, Big Commerce, Bigcartel, Magento, Amazon, WooCommerce, Etsy, Squarespace, SPS Commerce, and custom platforms via API or EDI—so your fulfillment process runs automatically.

Can GrowthSpoke handle international shipping?

Yes. We ship both domestically and internationally, using leading carriers and cost-effective shipping options.

Shipping & Delivery

How fast are orders shipped?

Most orders ship same day or within 24 hours of receipt, depending on your plan and cut-off time. Our central Midwest location ensures 1–3-day delivery to most U.S. customers.

What shipping carriers does GrowthSpoke use?

We partner with UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL as well as hundreds of LTL/FTL carriers offering a range of service levels—from budget to express.

Does GrowthSpoke offer branded packaging?

Yes. We can use custom packaging, inserts, stickers, or thank-you cards to deliver a branded unboxing experience.

What are your SLAs?

Unless you enter into an agreement with GrowthSpoke that supersedes these policies, the service levels described here will apply by default.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

Do you charge for receiving inventory?

Receiving fees depend on how inventory arrives and whether an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) is provided. Properly labeled ASNs help avoid delays and additional handling costs.
